Armonk Class begins-click for info
You must contact me at (845) 228-0341, or (914) 329-8369 before class begins. This is a class requirement. Class starts at 11:15 AM, outdoors at Lombardi Park, in Armonk. Please register through North Castle Recreation, their # is: (914)273-3325.
Class supplies:
6 ft. cotton web or leather leash. (You will be more comfortable with a leather leash if you have a large dog)
Training treats: (no dog biscuits or hard treats please):The only acceptable treats are: Hot dogs, cut up into tiny pieces, then nuked for 3 minutes on paper towels, or: Freeze-dried liver, available at your local pet supply store.
Treat pouch: A fanny pack will do, or some other small wearable pouch. Some pouches will be on sale at class.
Clicker: Available at class for $3.00
Whatever collar your dog normally wears is fine.
Please bring baggies to clean up after your dog.
Please wear sensible, low heeled shoes.
Please dress in layers so you will be prepared for the weather.
As this is an outdoor class, it will be held weather permitting. Please call the North Castle Hot-line at: (914) 749-2041 to find out whether class will be canceled in case of bad weather, it will simply be postponed to the following week. Call one hour before class begins, 10:15 am. You will not lose a class because of of rain.
