In memory of Lotus, February 25th 1998 – March 9th 2006
Words can’t express how sad we are to have lost our beautiful white angel. Lotus was euthanized yesterday after an exploratory surgery that found she had stomach cancer. She had been ill since January 26th, she withstood all of the tests she had to undergo with courage. I held her in my arms for the last time, kissed her and told her how much she was loved, I hope she knew that I was there with her. From the moment I rescued her from the pound, when she wrapped all four legs around me when I picked her up, I knew I had found a special dog. She is pictured here with her best friend Chicory, who misses her so much. Sleep well my angel you were the best girl.
